1. All Sales Final – No Monetary Refunds

At our sole discretion, we may issue store credit only in the event of verified fulfillment errors.

Approved claims will be issued as store credit only, in an amount determined solely by Enhanced Games Peptides.

3. Non-Eligible Claims (Strict Enforcement)

Store credit will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Improper handling, storage, or use
Failure to understand product use or specifications
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Carrier delays, customs delays, or international transit issues
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
Opened, used, or tampered products

4. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Carrier Responsibility

All orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the carrier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, nor for carrier delays or service interruptions.

If a package is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, a carrier claim will be initiated. Store credit may be issued only if the claim is approved.

5. Fraud Prevention & Payment Processor Compliance

To comply with payment processor requirements, we actively monitor transactions for fraud and abuse.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, require identity verification prior to fulfillment, and limit quantities or block high-risk transactions.

Orders flagged as suspicious may be delayed, canceled, or denied without notice.

6. Chargebacks, Disputes & Policy Violations

By completing a purchase, you explicitly agree to this policy and waive the right to dispute charges on the basis of dissatisfaction or misunderstanding of these terms.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy may result in account suspension or permanent ban, forfeiture of any issued store credit, and submission of evidence to the payment processor including IP address, order confirmation, delivery confirmation, and proof of policy acceptance at checkout.

Enhanced Games Peptides aggressively contests all illegitimate chargebacks and reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of fraudulent disputes.

7. Store Credit Terms

Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be converted into monetary refunds. Store credit must be used within 6 months and is redeemable only on our website.
