1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed and approved.

Orders may be subject to additional processing time in cases including but not limited to fraud review, identity verification, inventory availability, or high order volume.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order if required for security, compliance, or operational reasons.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders are shipped using third-party carriers selected at our discretion. Available shipping options, if applicable, will be presented at checkout.

We do not guarantee delivery timelines, as transit times are determined by the carrier and may vary based on location, service level, and external conditions.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. Enhanced Games Peptides is not responsible for such delays.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

5. Risk of Loss and Delivery Confirmation

All orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. Enhanced Games Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring secure delivery locations.

6. Signature Requirement for High-Value Orders

Orders with a total value exceeding $750 will require signature confirmation upon delivery.

By placing an order above this threshold, you acknowledge and accept that:

If a package requiring signature confirmation is marked as delivered with a valid signature, it will be considered fulfilled and not eligible for replacement or store credit.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a package is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, we will initiate a claim with the carrier.

Resolution of lost shipment claims is subject to carrier investigation and approval. Store credit may be issued at our sole discretion if the carrier confirms the loss.

We do not issue refunds for lost or delayed shipments.

8. International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import restrictions, and compliance with local laws.

Enhanced Games Peptides is not responsible for delays, seizures, or rejections by customs authorities.

Orders held or seized by customs are not eligible for refund or replacement.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing has begun.

Requests for changes must be submitted immediately after placing the order. We do not guarantee that changes can be accommodated.

10. Split Shipments

We reserve the right to split orders into multiple shipments when necessary. Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments initiated by us.

11. Compliance and Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to certain locations, individuals, or jurisdictions at our discretion to comply with legal, regulatory, or payment processing requirements.
